고대안산병원 연구팀이 40대 이상 성인 3천6백여 명을 12년간 추적 관찰한 결과, 평소 새벽 1시 이후에 자는 사람은 그 이전 잠자리에 드는 사람보다 당뇨 발생 위험이 1.8배 높았습니다.
